Best Western Plus Goliad Inn & Suites

I will never stay at another hotel in Goliad. Years ago, I did stay at another hotel; it was not a good experience. We go to Goliad for Market Days and meet with 4 of our Goliad-born cousins (Vargas). Our mothers were born and raised there. The manager does go the extra mile for me due to my mobility issues; it is much appreciated. The rooms never disappoint as they are consistently clean, especially the carpet and bath area. The entry as well as the breakfast area are incredibly spotless, too. I make sure the room is ready so the housekeeper/s can easily clean after I/we checkout. This Best Western is located right on Highway 59 (Pearl Street) and it is close to the attractions we wanted to see. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was tasty and filling. Definitely will stay there again when we return to Goliad.

We love, love, love the young lady that checked us in Friday night. I wish I would’ve got her name, but she was so kind and so pleasant and very helpful.

I am a 68-year-old retired military of stayed in a lot of BW properties. I have to say this far exceeds any of them. I’ve stayed the staff and everything else was just wonderful.
